I love Flourish because it taught me about self-love and self-care – a happy mom can take care of herself as well as the baby growing inside of her. As a mom of three boys I was amazed at how little I knew about taking care of myself and my kids. All the knowledge I have now, I share with other pregnant moms and mothers to new born babies.
